"I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. "Excellent location in Tumon, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again."

"I gave the hotel 4 stars. Only because the initial room we were placed at, the shower head popped off and nearly fell on my head. But the staff immediately accommodated us to another room. Other than that, the staff was very helpful, the hotel had a modern feel and vibe to it. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will stay here again on our next visit."

"Here’s a polished version: The room was quiet and represented good value although the outdoor furniture was very dirty. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly, and several areas of the property, including the pool, are in need of maintenance and repair.The pool towel system is unnecessarily complicated, requiring guests to manage tags and exchange cards simply to obtain a towel. This process feels outdated and inconvenient.As a returning guest, I was also disappointed that there was no recognition of my loyalty or acknowledgement of my previous stays. A little appreciation for repeat guests would go a long way toward improving the overall experience. Property opened as a 5 star, now definitely a 4 star"
