"Das uns zugeteilte Zimmer entsprach in keinster Weise den Bildern - das Bett war zerschlissen und so durchgelegen, dass wir darauf nicht hätten schlafen können. Die Heizungen gingen nicht, was bei 10 Grad Außentemperatur wünschenswert gewesen wäre. Die Einrichtung erinnerte an eine Ferienwohnung aus den 90ern. Auf Nachfrage unsererseits erfuhren wir, dass es einen Wasserschaden gab und daher die neuen Zimmer teilweise nicht nutzbar waren. Kann passieren - aber es hätte sich gehört, uns das vor...
