Every interaction—whether at check-in, housekeeping, or general assistance—was handled with professionalism and care. The accommodations were spotless and very well-maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, which made it easy to relax after a long day. It’s clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are a top priority here. One of the things we appreciated most was how dog-friendly the hotel is. Traveling with a pet can sometimes be challenging, but the hotel made it such a smooth and enjoyable experience. They were accommodating, and it felt like our furry companion was just as welcome as we were. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and pets—we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florida."

"Poor Customer Service, NOT CLEAN. Issue with 2nd day reservation. They said we had to move and pay for 2nd night. We checked OUT and stayed with Family an hour away the 2nd night. Requesting REFUND "

"We are greeted with the easy check in; we were surprised with a beautiful view. Our room was on the lake, walking out our door to a dock, peaceful even though it’s off the main road. Our room was very clean and comfortable included a stove, refrigerator, a complete kitchen, with a microwave, a coffee maker. The room also had a very nice bathroom with a big tub and shower. We really liked it and would recommend it to anybody and will stay there on our next visit. Slept well!"
