"1 minute to HSR. Very convenient"

"The staff is very nice and helpful "

"Great overall experience great staff great property and breakfast was amazing."

"The area has very few breakfast options and parking can be an issue. However the room was comfortable, clean and had a decent bed and good bathroom facilities. The only two negative issues are that there is no bedside lamp (for getting up at night) and the TV remove control did not work. I would visit Neostay again because it has great value for money and is clean and comfortable. "

"Very good price with good overall quality and buffet breakfast included, staff are very friendly, laundry machines fee are very affordable and convenient for the travellers"

"Good hotel for the price range. Clean, and breakfast is offered with the room. They bring the breakfast to your door in the morning."

"The owner was very nice, the breakfasts were excellent, and the property was very pet friendly."

"Good to stay once more, the garden is beautiful and the food is delicious."

"damp and moldy everywhere, even the AC is full of mold. Can’t stay there any longer so we checked out before 11 pm. Definitely need to avoid this place!"

"I booked for two weeks they did not come in and clean the room or change out the towels."
