"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."

"看到網路上評分極高才訂的，但很失望．此次給分恐怕要降低整體評分了． 1.櫃檯沒有人，有事找老闆只能打手機． 2.電視沒有訊號，無論是切換到HDMI1，HDMI2，有線電視或無線電視都一樣． 3.網路龜速，只能用Line，連上網找資料都會掛點，更遑論使用Youtube了，原以為是該處的基地台問題，但我個人手機是可以觀賞Netflix的，只能切回自己手機的網路． 4.有附燒水壺，但電源線頭是三叉的，房內都是二孔插座，無法使用．後來發現有貼告示，只能到一樓飲水機取水，甚是不便．有生以來頭一次遇到這種情況． 5.房價看似有競爭力，但若綜合上述情形，CP值並不算高．"

"就在明德水庫旁，走路可到日新島。房間寬敞，床鋪舒適。可惜廁所沒有免治馬桶，整個房間只有書房一個垃圾桶較為不便"

"The area has very few breakfast options and parking can be an issue. However the room was comfortable, clean and had a decent bed and good bathroom facilities. The only two negative issues are that there is no bedside lamp (for getting up at night) and the TV remove control did not work. I would visit Neostay again because it has great value for money and is clean and comfortable. "

"隔音非常不好，不確定是隔壁房還是樓上6樓洗衣房發出的聲響，11點多到凌晨2點多了都還持續有聲響，雖然收費不貴，硬體設備不會有太大要求，只求有個休息睡覺的地方，但很可借連這基本的的品質都沒有，環境清潔的也不乾淨"

"有點老舊.但服務親切.B1的中餐廳菜色菜量都不錯. 樓下有7-11 有設施 門口有草皮 有點蠻環保的.浴室只有沐浴乳洗髮乳 床很硬.但空間大 如果以價格來看.雖然含了早餐(buffet也算健康路線)還是會覺得有點小貴了"
