"I've stayed at this hotel before, about ten years ago. This time, the experience was excellent. Check-in was easy even with a foreign passport. The rooms were large and very clean. The hotel has been renovated, and there are many children's facilities suitable for children up to junior high school level. The swimming pool is large, and the kids had a lot of fun. "Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."
