"Second time at TRS Coral and it was great. The check-in staff were very nice. Lily and Gracie especially. Favorite bartender was Alexis at the pool bar. Biggest disappointment was our butler, Mel. He is in the wrong job. Our first time we were at TRS we had two of the best butlers ever, Miguel & Hector. Hector is still at TRS and working hard."

"Beautiful property with great customer service. Fernando our server at the beach was amazing. We were a party of 6 with lots of drink and food orders. He provided exceptional service. Alberto in the breakfast dining area was wonderful as well and helped us make a reservation for dinner. The staff in the spa were equally as wonderful and Estephania, my masseuse, gave me the best massage experience I've ever had. Wonderful place to stay filled with great staff! Hope to return soon!"
