"the outside is really outdated and needs repair. the office door is always locked and you have to ring a bell for someone to open and talk to you, they still have an ant invasion problem and have shut down several rooms. on the plus side, our room had extra toilet paper, and a clean refrigerator. last time there was left over food from someone else in the fridge."

"I had a lot of questions for the host and she answered them, but it would be easier to have more of the basic information included in an email prior to the arrival. For example what is provided and what is not, mainly in the kitchen. There is a book when you get there that has a lot of information in it, but you are already there, so it's not much help in preparing for your stay."
