"The property cannot be in a better location for us to use to explore the island. It is above the Liberty bus station so it is very convenient to catch a bus to all the places that we want to see. The front desk staff are all very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we slept well every night. The coffee machine in the reception, the fresh croissants and scones each morning are also a nice welcome. As it is in the city, we could walk to many sightseeing places also."

"Only negative was cold water in rooms was not cold. It was a bit far from the bus station but very near a beach and sea lido. The swimming pool was warm and so was the room it was in. It was open long hours so was convenient and not too busy."

"This is a lovely Spa hotel. It's in easy walking distance of the town centre and also runs a free shuttle bus. There is a steep climb from the road to the hotel entrance to be aware of but the rest of the walk is flat. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel if you do not have a car. There is a good breakfast buffet selection and the time we ate in the Terrace restaurant the food was very good and the service excellent. There is an underground carpark and we had no problems parking although it can get quite full at times. The spaces are however quite small. We had a classic double room which was reasonably spacious but just a note the shower was over the bath which may be an issue for some people. It is generally a very quiet hotel but the room soundproofing could have been better and we were perhaps unlucky to be opposite the lift however there was never any prolonged noise. The indoor pool and Spa facilities are excellent and the hotel has lovely gardens. We really enjoyed our stay here."
