"If I could do zero stars I would. Booked this hotel room, tried contacting front desk to make them aware of a late check in, and never got a single response. I called on at least five different occasions throughout the day, and I got NOTHING. Called Expedia and explained the situation to them. They said that they’d forward a email and try to get it resolved for me to cancel since I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone. Now, I’m having to fight with Expedia to get my money back because of the negligence of this hotel and the fact that Expedia wasn’t able to get ahold of them. So, thanks for that…"
