"Absolutely loved our stay at Toa Hotel and Spa! The service was exceptional, with staff who truly go above and beyond. I wish I can give it a 10 star for their service! The rooms are stunning, with private pools and direct beach access. We enjoyed the delicious food made with love, and the beach dinners were unforgettable, complete with an amazing show under the stars. "We loved having a 3 bedroom suite with a living area and private baths for all. So nice to be all together yet in our own space, The food was good and the service was too! Unfortunately the property isn't licensed. That's the only hesitation I would have on returning."

"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service was beyond impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel. And I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my lifetime. It is extremely close to anything that you want to do in Stone Town. The staff were so accommodating and so friendly. I wish I could think of more positive things to say about this place. The view is stunning. And there are loads of places to sit and relax. The swimming pool is amazing. I could just go on and on. "

"This is my second time staying at Meliá, and it won’t be my last. It’s not only because the hotel and grounds are beautiful. It’s the staff, they are exceptional, they’re the most friendly, smiley, professional and provide amazing service. Every room is cleaned twice a day and I’ve left valuables lying around and everything has always been safe. My only complaint this time was that there was no working light in the shower but other than that everything was 10/10."
