"This is the perfect airport hotel for anyone who needs some serious relaxation after a long flight. It's less of a hotel, and more of a giant onsen that happens to have a capsule hotel on one floor. The pictures of the onsen don't do it justice, it's much larger, maybe 7 pools total and 3 saunas. Clean, safe, and quiet, and the airport shuttle is quick and easy to use. Definitely recommend! "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good size and the free shuttle was a big plus. The shuttle driver was very helpful with our bags. Unfortunately, the pool was not open since they only open the pool from July 1 -August 31st. Wish they had a gym. "

"It's conveniently located, with only 2-3 miles from the Narita airport. Shinsho-ji is a great nearby place to visit with a temple and lots of shops. Be sure to get there before 5:00. We were there on Sunday late afternoon. Most shops were closed or ready to close. The shuttle to hotel is free but very slow. Only one per 30 minutes, and took about 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. One may want to just spend 2000-3000 yen to ride a taxi to save time. The breakfast at Art hotel is so exceptional. We love it! We did not get to use the onsen. It closes on Mondays. We were arrived on Sunday and were too tried to go there after the long trip. "
