"Mijn vrouw en ik checkten in op onze kamer en waren aan het ontspannen na onze reis. Plotseling probeerde een andere gast onze kamer binnen te komen. Het bleek dat de receptiemedewerkers een andere gast een sleutel van onze kamer hadden gegeven. Dit is schandalig.
