"Very helpful staff and updated hotel. Reserved two nonsmoking suites but one was on a nosmoking floor and the one on the smoking floor still smelled of stale smoke. Hotel is part of a block in old part of town with many begging children and old women that tugged at our hearts and guilt. Nice street market nearby"

The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, effortlessly communicating in both English and French, which made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located next to one of the best dessert shops and a fantastic French restaurant, making it perfect for food lovers. If you’re looking for charm, comfort, and convenience all in one, this is hands down one of the best boutique hotels in Madagascar. I can’t wait to return!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The facilities are nice. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and all of the activities, but set up the hill away from all the noisiness of the beach and the clubs at the beach.The staff was amazing and very accommodating. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to the area. My only one small issue was that food and mini bar items can’t be paid for with credit card at the end of the stay, it has to be cash, which was not initially stated, so make sure you have enough cash or are able to use one of the local electronic payment types. Overall, I think this is one of the best accommodations in the Nosy Be area."

"It was so convenient to the airport, they offered a shuttle, restaurant was good and the staff was nice. My only issue was the power kept going on and off, other than that very cold AC! If I'm back, I'll stay there again. "
