The lodges are beautiful, clean and well equipped and staff is really nice and attentive. The nature surrounding the hotel is beautiful and there are some small animals / birds that can be found on property. The included excursions are interesting (we mostly enjoyed the canopy walk and lake Sandoval). Unfortunately, we were there during a cold spell...

Also, it seemed the room was recently u der constructions and there were some things out of place. Tv was not working at first and it was replaced."

Our shower had no nozzle, the shower curtain didn't reach the floor to keep the water in, screens were full of holes. There is no hot water. Garbage was not emptied. "Our experience was amazing! This was an experience that I have always dreamed about. The guides for the excursions were the best. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. I will never forget all the beautiful sounds that you wake up to in the rainforest. The lodge was very eco friendly and the rooms were very clean. The rooms only have three walls so it is normal to find an insect here and there. I will definitely be returning. "

They really care about the rainforest and work with a local wildlife rescue that rescues animal and rehabilitates them to go back into the wild. Die 24-Stunden-Rezeption war im 19.30 nicht besetzt, sodass wir durchs Fenster einsteigen musste.
