"We had an absolutely amazing experience at Riu Palace. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The food was incredible. so much variety, beautifully presented, and delicious every single time. The pool area was stunning as well. spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the service, especially from Raul and Marcella at the restaurant. They were consistently warm, friendly, and professional. Every meal we had with them was a pleasure thanks to their attentiveness and welcoming attitude. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend Riu Palace and can’t wait to return. Huge thanks to the staff for making it such a memorable trip!"

"The property was beautiful. The pools and lagoon were wonderful. The staff were friendly and courteous. My family loved it, we would book this property again in an instant. The dining options were varied and good quality. The a-la-carte restaurants were very good, but difficult to get a reservation to. The beach club buffet was by far our favorite. Carlos, our waiter was wonderful. It was a challenge to get a cup of coffee before 7am, which was a little mystifying. The property is huge and I could imagine that someone with mobility issues might find it challenging. My wife and I walked 8 to 10 miles a day, by choice. The shuttle service ran every 10 minutes, but I rarely waited for it. We enjoyed the Park Xcaret entrances from the hotel and used them every day. We stayed a total of 8 days and it wasn't enough. "

"This was a beautiful resort. Clean establishment and nice staff. Bathrooms are a little small but are worth the price. Family friendly establishment! Great place for accommodating kids!"

"First off....no seaweed! Small, but beautiful beach with clear water and some cute fishies and cool birds to see. Resort is clean, clean, CLEAN. You can see the staff actively cleaning constantly -- even dusting the ceiling fans in the lobby! The room was very large and comfortable, although a little warm even with the AC on. Water pressure and temp in shower was great. One pool is livelier and louder, one is chill, and then a much smaller pool is very calm and quite nearly all the time. Although we are picky and did not like any of the specialty restaurant menus, we have never seen a better all-inclusive buffet. Fresh cooked proteins, loads of veggies and fruits, and wide variety. We looked forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. Drinks were good, but not strong. The resort overall is very small, which I liked, b/c I've been to others where you need a golf cart to get from one end to the other. Close to airport---about 30 minute ride. "

"It was a fun place; it's a party place is why we picked it. Our teenagers graduated so they were looking for a fun place. It has a great nighttime club and a cool sports bar. I would go if you are looking to party. The food was ok; service was really good. I would stay there again for sure."
