Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around town and to the waterfront. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall, a solid place to stay and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Esta muy bien la ubicación del hotel a 1 cuadra del ferri y a 2 de la plaza principal, oxxo cerca y una panaderia con panes super ricos... el desayuno rico y ayuda para no tener q andar buscando comida... lo que nos falló fue q el elevador estaba en reparación y habia mucho ruido ... pero muy bien 👍 para q den un mejor servicio...

We had a great stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. The location was walkable to restaurants, shopping, the waterfront, the ferry and the downtown park. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome every morning! Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect, walking distance to the ferry terminal, numerous restaurtants and stores, and there was a car rental right across the street. The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. It had the best complimentary breakfast that I have ever had, at a hotel.

This is our 5th year returning to this hotel. Staff are so friendly and looking out for us. Breakfast every morning was great. Pool on roof was the best. New elevator being install as we left. We will be back.

This property is older, but kept up and very clean. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. All staff was very attentive and accommodating when my flight was canceled and I was coming a day later than anticipated. They are actively updating the hotel as well. Rooftop pool and area was very clean and a gave a great ocean view and the beautiful sunsets. A few in my group are scuba divers and there is an area to rinse off and hang scuba gear. Breakfast was excellent every morning- especially the fresh fruit. Location is just one block from the main road along the coast, very close to the taxi station, plenty of restaurants within short walking distance.
