"Sure, this property is a bit older, but the staff, service, and food make up for it. Couple of issues with the showers but the team at Melia was quick to try and fix it. And when they couldn't quite get the shower working properly, they switched us to a new room. The resort only has two a la carte restaurants, and could use a proper sports bar to compete with some of the other resorts, but like I said, the quality food and service was amazing. Friendly and efficient. Would go back - you get...

"Staff and service was excellent. Food was good usually except for a couple of restaurants that missed the mark. The fish at Oceana was overcooked and dry. Tepenyaki restaurant was good, but the chef cooking the food started out with a very sharp long tined fork flying across the grill at a man seated beside it. The chef picked the fork up off the floor and did not clean it before using it. The flames were very hot and close to we who were seated around the grill. I was not comfortable with that....
