"Excellent staff. Luis and Henry were the shuttle and front door bell hop attendants and they were so, so very nice and helpful. Free buffet breakfast was good. 24 hr restaurant is very cool too have. Late check out is at 1pm is also a very nice bonus. Pool area was very nice. Smaller Pool but lots of lounge area with bar and food. Our only complaint would be the air-conditioning in our room had a muggy smell and feel which did cool the room down but didn't get down to our preferred temperature very quickly. So it took a while to regulate. "

"Only thing, for boys and men, remember to pack dress pants and and nice short and closed shoe to get into 2/3 resturaunts."

"Too many bugs in the unit. Staff were generally nice, could speak a little more english and be a bit happier in general. The building must be very old because you can hear everything very loudly. Very hard to sleep especially after you see bug and feel them on you. Some of the staff help improve the experience. Location is good as you can walk from one end to the other end of the malecon. "

"We wanted to use the massage services, but the prices were actually much higher than some of the best spas in the U.S., which is why we decided not to use them. We did use the cabana service, but we did not like that they were all covered with bird droppings and were not cleaned even once during the entire week."
