"I thought felt that the staff is what made this resort a hit. Ivan at the swim up bar, Marcos at the breakfast buffet, ximena at the cevicheria, Pablo at the Asian restaurant, Ricardo at the activities booth, all went above and beyond. Resort was clean, my room was also stocked with drinks and clean, all in all a great experience. "
"We stayed here for two weeks and could not have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful touches that made us feel right at home. The amenities were fantastic — from the pool area to the relaxing common spaces, everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed.
Dining was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with plenty of variety to keep things exciting throughout our stay.
