"This is our second time coming to this resort but this time we brought our family to experience the same excellent customer service, food quality, variety of drinks, friendly staff, and unparallel hospitality. Kudos to all the staff who made our stay a memorable one. Particularly to Jose, Humberto, Roberto, and our housekeeping lady, Cynthia, who kept our room clean, organized and well stocked. "

"The property is on a quiet and historical setting where a famous movie and a tv series has been filmed here. Food were great! Only complain is that the a la carte dining is only open to us one restaurant per night. Also the lock in our room 1615 the screw is missing one, so the lever from inside did close in on me when I shut the door locking me out one time. Luckily my wife came out of the shower and opened the door for me. Also, the room service was not included with the call inclusive. But the view from balcony was excellent and every staff I saw were very kind and helpful. "
