"Most of the front desk staff were unable to assist me with even the most basic requests, which made the entire stay far more frustrating than it should have been. Simple questions either took forever to get answered or were ignored altogether, and there was zero coordination between team members. It honestly felt like no one knew what was going on and I was left to deal with everything myself. Check-in set the tone immediately. I presented my driver’s license as proof of ID, which is standard anywhere, and it was denied without any clear explanation. That shouldn’t even be an issue, yet it turned into one and created unnecessary frustration right from the start. I made a birthday request at check-in since the celebration was the very next day. I was told it would take 24 hours, which was already pushing it, but it ended up taking 72 hours, making it completely useless. The next day, I had to leave the hotel myself to buy birthday items because it was obvious the staff wasn’t going to follow through. The room conditions were unacceptable. The shower head was broken, the bathroom fan didn’t work, the mini fridge was leaking water, and the TV was never connected to WiFi. These are basic things that should have been checked before I even walked in. The food was average and I even got sick once, which says enough. The only people who actually did their job well were the servers and bartenders. Pool activities and beach kayaks were great, but overall the experience was a mess"

"everything was excellent but supposedly I had my room upgrade, but we got a two double bed that were uneven, so we had to cuddle on one full size bed, instead of a king size bed that we were supposed to get, very uncomfortable.my wife doesn't like to complain so I let it go, other than that, everything else was great. besides my wife eating something bad and got food poison and stayed in the room for last two days and not eat anything for 3 days, I don't eat meat, so we didn't eat the same kind of food that's why I didn't get sick."
