"แย่ทุกอย่าง เหมือนโดนหลอกจากเจ้าของห้อง โพส ไว้ห้องนึง แต่ให้ไปพักอีกห้อง สภาพแย่ ความสะอาดในห้องแย่ เจอแมลงสาบตัวใหญ่อยู่ในห้องนอนใหญ่ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพังหลายรายการ กาต้มน้ำพัง แอร์พังปิดๆเปิดๆเองทั้งคืน สายชำระไม่สมบูรณ์ ฯลฯ "

"ตอนแรกเข้าใจว่า ห้องน้ำทำไม่สะอาด แต่ด้วยโรงแรมหลายปีแล้ว จะมีคราบน้ำดำๆที่พนักงานบอกว่า ไม่สามารถจะขัดออกได้ ในตัวชัดโครก แต่จริงๆพนักงานทำความสะอาดแล้ว ในเรื่องอาหารเช้า คนไปทีหลัง ที่พักไม่เติมอาหารให้ จึงไม่มีอะไรเหลือให้ทาน"

"Everything was perfect except the bed. Very hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the bed quality does not match all the other things which are top notch, specially the service. ALL the staff members are lovely. "

"Have stayed here before and will again, great rooms and staff. No complaints with anything. Our only small disappointment (and most would consider this a benefit) was we asked for two beds in our room. Due to hotel being very full, we were upgraded to a bigger room (and was an awesome room) however we couldn’t get two beds into this room nor go back to our original room that two beds."
