"The instructions were a little confusing on how to get to the apartment. Once there, we found we couldn’t control the temperature and we were a little cold through the night. The bathroom had no counter space, the pillows on the bed had cases that were much too large for them resulting in an uncomfortable bunched up pillow, the kettle had particles of calcium floating around in the leftover water from a previous person, and the coffee machine didn’t work properly. "The host was really helpful and responsive. Transportation options from the train station and sites around town were plentiful and frequent [very impressed with Nuremberg). The room we ordered was configured creatively, but it was small. The bathroom would present challenges for large individuals or those with flexibility or mobility challenges."

"I had a really unpleasant stay. The room was in terrible condition — the walls were covered with dark spots, and the bed linen was completely stained and full of lint. The shared bathroom didn’t have any clearly personal or clean towels, so it was impossible to know whether they had already been used by other guests. Overall, the place felt very unhygienic and poorly maintained. Definitely not recommended."

"The staff were warm helpful and accommodating. The room was nicely organized and updated. Everything was super clean. In particular the breakfast was outstanding, many choices well presented and delicious we ate in a sunny comfortable room we would definitely recommend and stay there again "
