"Really enjoyed our stay here- lovely hotel with good facilities, friendly staff and great location near bus, train and ferry. Safe area, good food options on waterfont and nice restaurant onsite. Enjoyed having pool, spa and fussball table and even the special treat of a lolly jar at reception! Quiet rooms- didn’t hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Clean rooms and good service. Only down side was our double bed was very soft and mattress sloping off to side so not the best sleep. Otherwise...

"Good quality hotel, clean, handy to airport. The immediate area around hotel is light industrial and not that desirable for an evening stroll. One minor negative was only one bedside table. I expect a beside table on either side of a queen/king bed. The buffet breakfast was excellent "

"Wonderful hotel, walkable to the city centre. Amazing staff, who were always friendly. The gentleman that checked us in (apologies I didn't get his name) was fantastic and gave us a lovely start to our stay in Auckland. Definitely recommend!"
