"A fantastic hotel with great amenities. My room was amazing - double aspect, huge bathroom, separate roll top bath and lounge area. Only two drawbacks for me. Firstly the pool was not operational. Then on the final morning there were two people smoking in the inside restaurant at breakfast time (they weren’t even eating!). They brought their own ash trays and went without challenge from multiple staff. "

"There is a dance club or night club directly under my room. The hotel literature said quiet time was from 10pm to 8am. I pointed this out to the woman at the desk and she said it was saturday and that it was midnight. It was about 12:45 when the music stopped being pumped into my room. Neither the hotel, nore hotels.com would let me checkout with a refund (this was my first night). The shampoo in the bathroom had clearly been used before. I talked to someone at the front and she assured me...

"Great hotel, in a great location. The city is very walkable and this provided an excellent base for a short visit. Great view to contemplate whilst eating breakfast."

"Small hotel around 15 minutes walk from city center. Rooms are fine. Noise from neighbours was annoying maybe due to poor sound insulation. Breakfast was modest but fine. Still a good deal though. "
