"I have nothing but praise for Mark Spencer Hotel. Rooms were clean, and staff were courteous and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"We had a room with a river view! Very spacious and nicely decorated- bathroom was a great size as well. The lobby was very inviting. Cozy area past the lobby with couches / comfy chairs/ and a fireplace to sit and be with others. The restaurant was nicely decorated and very inviting. Fireplace/ couches/ comfy chairs to sit and have a drink/ eat in here as well if you didn't want to eat at a dining table. We had a great night stay here before heading to the airport the next morning!"

"Although the property was beautiful and clean, housekeeping never stepped into our room to clear out our trash bins or refill anything. Even after putting in a request. The only time we saw them was one day before leaving. Staff members were very friendly but when a request isn’t enough that’s kind of upsetting. There is also no on site parking for the hotel so consider having to say extra for a parking garage."
