"We mostly enjoyed our stay but did have one problem to bring to your attention. We could not get the television to work, when we reported this to the manager, she was equally unable to get it to work or contact someone who could. She offered us another room or give us a discount on the room. We accepted the discount, but it does not appear to have been made. I checked my credit card information and there are 2 charges one for $64.42, which I assume was the room change with senior/veteran discount and the other for $20.00 which I don't understand and wonder if this was supposed to be my no-TV discount but ended up as a charge. Could you kindly sort this our for us.
