"When we checked in we noticed a bunch of construction work going on on the outside of the building we got woke up early because of it the next day I know they're upgrading the hotel but that should have been told to us before we arrived. The day we were leaving, there was a knock on the door from housekeeping I told them we're not ready yet then they opened the door luckily the upper lock was there as my girlfriend was not clothed and in a very vulnerable position and so I went down to the front desk told them the situation ...they apologized and told me the manager and regional manager are going to give me a call and they still have not as of this review. There has to be a lot of staff training and a lot of customer service classes going on for me to even consider going back to this place"
