"When we checked in we noticed a bunch of construction work going on on the outside of the building we got woke up early because of it the next day I know they're upgrading the hotel but that should have been told to us before we arrived. The day we were leaving, there was a knock on the door from housekeeping I told them we're not ready yet then they opened the door luckily the upper lock was there as my girlfriend was not clothed and in a very vulnerable position and so I went down to the front desk told them the situation ...they apologized and told me the manager and regional manager are going to give me a call and they still have not as of this review. There has to be a lot of staff training and a lot of customer service classes going on for me to even consider going back to this place"

"The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful."

"Friendly and clean! Close to town and had a great restaurant and bar. Beds were comfortable. No microwave or coffee service in the room FYi. Had coffee in the lobby and a Latte stand. "

"The only negative was our bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, only heating lights. Every shower, the entire room steamed up. We had to open the sliding door and main door to vent it out. "

"I have stayed here for the last couple years since 2020 and every year there is improvement that spruces up the resort. Will definitely return again "

"When we opened the couch bed, there were blood stains on the sheets. We were brought new bedding. But breakfast was amazing. The front desk staff was amazing too."
