"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Stay!
I had a great experience during my stay last night! What truly made my visit stand out was Aretha, the night clerk. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, and her kindness made a lasting impression on me.
It’s not every day you encounter someone who genuinely takes pride in their job and makes guests feel valued. Aretha is a true asset to this hotel, and she deserves recognition for the excellent customer service she provides. Employees like her are what make guests want to return!
Thank you, Aretha, for making my stay such a pleasant experience. Management is lucky to have someone like you on their team! I would absolutely recommend this hotel based on the wonderful hospitality I received. ❤️"
