Housekeeping only every third day which would have been ok but was just making the bed and replacing towels - when we could have done with more coffee, toilet roll and a vacuum of the floor. "Super noicy. Staff at check-in desk don't seem to bother to be quite at night. Couldn't sleep even with earplugs as every 15 minutes someone passes the desk and they exchange a loud conversation with stuff. Im talking about night time. "

"The stay was great. The rooms are not very big but well-designed so they don't feel small at all. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept very well. The restaurant had nice food and the staff were lovely overall. I'll likely be staying here again next time I'm in Katowice."

Our apartment was spacious very clean had all you needed. The breakfast delivered to your room were perfect. would definitely recommend and would certainly return. Also perfect location."
