Cons: They did not honor the complementary airport transfer that is announced on line, they arranged a private taxi that charged me 20 US Dollars (for a 4 minute ride). The quality of bed linens and towels is not great, they should improve them. The one day I used the pool, which is big and pretty, the water was not clean. "

Food is subpar and uninteresting, activities are difficult to organize, and staff - despite being largely well-intentioned - is useless. Separately, I had a horrible time checking out. "This hotel has seen its day; for a few dollars more per night you will get much better service and quality at the sister hotel just along the road 5 minutes walk and right on the beach. I was glad to see the back of it, after leaving I realized that they still charged me for the airport collection where I was waiting for nearly 1 hour. We stayed on south of Sao Tome and a day before our booking, I called the hotel to ask if they have a free boat transfer for guests. The very unfriendly person on the phone told us to be at the dock at 10am. We came to the dock, boarded the boat and after arrival they wanted us to pay 42 EUR for it.
