"Best hotel we stayed during our multi-city trip. The room is very big and clean with a modern touch. The hotel offers free afternoon tea (great quality) and good night soup. Breakfast choices are ample and my kids really enjoyed it. Location of the hotel is great! Right in the middle of the city within walking distance to a main subway station and the attraction (the drum tower and bell tower of Xi'An). Would recommend. "

"We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best."
