Wow... Just wow... Great attention to detail... Extremely warm and friendly staff... Beautiful room. Ive stayed in so many top accommodations and this one is right up there...

Richard is amazing and is always ready to help us. Even though we stayed there only 3 nights, he made sure that we had a local mobile phone to contact him if we needed help. He even got his house keeper to do the laundry for us! The views are exactly (if not better) than the photos and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended

Big room and with awesome breakfast

Lovely accommodation in a good location - nice to be close to the ocean and be able to walk along the promenade to the waterfront. Hosts very helpful and welcoming and great breakfasts.

Superb views from balcony and close to other viewpoints. Also short drive to town.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff, service, breakfast, and views. Managed to see the whales while having breakfast in the lounge.

The best hotel we stayed on our trip down the Garden Route. Amazing service and hospitality. We stayed in Room 7 and it was spacious and clean. Really wished we could have stayed longer!

The grounds of the hotel is amazing. Loved the balcony to sit outside and take in the gardens and Mountain View. Great breakfast spread. Free and secure parking.

This room was very spacious and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and we felt very welcome. At night there was a fan noise all night And the restaurant menu is very limited and does not deserve to be part of Relais et Chateaux. Rather disappointing in that respect.
