"For its age this place is Fantastic. There are plenty of dining, water activities and shopping places right by the hotel. The staff were professional and attentive to your needs. I would stay here again, 100%. Had to drag my partner out of here when it was plain flight time. We loved it, be back soon."

"My daughter celebrated her 16th birthday and I could not have selected a better place to celebrate this momentous occasion. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The palms offer is the best in hospitality. Star who works at the front desk was very helpful and has a sweet personality. I am definitely booking reservations to return for another stay. "

"It is right on the beach with lots of oceanview rooms. It's on the rainforest side so beautiful mountains and nice breezes. In the offseason the food options on the property are limited, but adequate. It's right near an amazing RTJ designed golf course which is beautiful. It is dark at night on that side of the island, and I was not comfortable enough to drive at night, but there is plenty of daylight to explore, then unwind at the resort in the evening. I highly recommend it and would stay there again."
