"The staff here is wonderful! We accidentally booked two rooms instead of one and they called to let us know and helped us cancel the additional room. I think a lot of places wouldn't do that. Chantal at the front desk was so very kind and made it a great stay for us. Clean rooms. Clean pool. Pretty comfy bed and comfy pillows. 😊"

"Stayed on a whim during a road trip. Liked it enough to stay here again in the way back. Great place to stay with a family or alone. Restaurant was not young-kid friendly but was good for our family with older kids. Pool was great. Fitness center was perfect. Felt peaceful and quaint. Room for small kids to roam and explore."

"As a Chico state parent that plans on making more trips to come in the future, I highly recommend Oxford suites. We have had an incredible experience from beginning to end. All of the staff have been super helpful, helping us to understand and utilize the accommodations. Their free shuttle to and from campus has been a huge help. The pool is clean, comfortable and a great way to relax in the heat. The beds were very comfortable and helped us to relax after a long day of walking. I will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you!"

Best Western Plus Hilltop Inn

"We had a pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Hilltop Inn in Redding. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located with easy access to Interstate 5. It was a great base for visiting local attractions such as Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay Exploration Park. There were also plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was that there was a noticeable odor from the air conditioner in our room. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was noticeable when the AC was running. Hopefully, the hotel can address this with regular maintenance. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and felt the hotel offered good value for the price. We would consider staying here again if we’re visiting the Redding area."
