"The staff was amazing, the food could not be better and everything was super clean. The road construction made it a little bit hard to get in and out of the parking garage, which is no fault of the hotel at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience."

"Shuttle/bus service is amazing...drivers courteous and helpful....however....after our Grand Ole Opry show, we waited in area where driver told us to.....bus never arrived...several older women were left stranded and alone so I hired an Uber to bring them back to the resort. Otherwise, the stay was lovely....beautiful surroundings, happy and helpful staff, easy check-in/out.....amazing resort!"
