The Locate is perfect. The front office staff were very friendly. We have an adjoining room and spacious fpr 3 pax. Opp hotel is a seafood market.

Elegantly decorated hotel, clean room ( a little tight for 3 persons ), excellent location. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Ample quality choices for breakfast. Very happy with our stay and recommended.

Modern Ryokan . Stayed in deluxe room , top floor facing river . Modern furnishing, big windows , bright and cosy , big room size , with a beautiful view . Very comfortable bed. Some English speaking staff , excellent service. Nice and cosy lounge , free drinks n coffee. Onsen was very good especially the outdoor ones , compared to many ryokans in the same category. Very good japanese bf in a private room . However the kaiseki dinner was below expectation for tis category of luxury Ryokan ....

This onsen hotel is a gem giving foreigners a chance to experience what a genuine onsen is like at affordable price & in a great location near to tram station. The breakfast spread was awesome with a wide spread that includes sashimi, bread and fresh fruits. Everyday there is free ice cream and noodle soup at 9.30pm.

Excellent staff service! Clean rooms and great onsen too! Wished there was crab in the Buffet meals. Breakfast was unexpectedly great! 😊👍

Everything was perfect. They even have different types of shampoo at the lobby for you to try. However, the ones in the room are already good enough. My dry hair became so soft and manageable. The staff were excellent - helpful and patient. True Japanese hospitality and service. There is free coffee and tea at the lobby with a small area for guests to relax and read newspapers too. Loved its proximity to the train station, especially if you are travelling a lot.

Location of the hotel is great and convenient, very close to the train station. Rooms are comfortable for my family of 5
