"Ecellent location and service. Restaurant good and with resonable prices. A minor point: Conceirge service is understaffed and even the hard working staff could not quite remedy that. Tip for guests. If you use it as a base for trips outside Centro, be careful to allow plenty of time. Traffic in and out of the neighborhood is horrific. But we didn’t care. You can just walk to so much."

"After a long and tiring flight, I fell welcomed at Fiesta Americana Plaza Reforma. The hotel is spacious, clean and the staff is extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks to my status I was upgraded, with access to the executive lounge with free breakfast and canapés in the evening. I had a wonderful experience in CDMX. I can’t thank enough Fiesta Americana for making me feel valued. "
