"Très bon hôtel, personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un souci dès notre arrivée (de nuit), notre chambre avait une odeur nauséabonde et la clim faisait un bruit infernal. Le lendemain matin nous avons pu changer de chambre. Repas très bons et variés. Animation correcte."

"La situation est très bien :plage et piscine super..par contre animations nulles à part la partie pour enfants.restauration correcte et assez variée mais il faut arriver à l'ouverture car autrement tt est dévalisé par la clientèle russe..le personnel est surtout à leur écoute.. rien pour les français et autres européens.. même à la réception on parle très mal le français.aucune soirée tunisienne non plus"

"The property is close to the touristic route of Midoun in Djerba. The beach is nice and clean. The problem starts with the swimming pool which is not clean and quite hazardous sometimes with bits of broken plactic from the edges. The water slides closes at 5pm, which is quite early. The room is acceptable but the bathroom needs restoration as the curtens can't retain water within the shower area. The towel are really old with holes sometimes. Last but not least, as the hotel is all inclusive,...

"the hotel was so dirty and so noisy,I have spend 5 hours to get my room,in fact a dirty room,it's a shame,I never recommend this hotel to any one."
