It’s a beautiful nice family run hotel with great service. Went with family and everyone enjoyed the stay. It’s also walking distance to San Gimignano and a great beautiful walk. Entrance lined with Cedar trees is just beautiful. Restaurant is Michelin’s recommendations but my expectation was much higher. Overall a great experience at the hotel. Love it!

The service and hospitality that the staff provided. Shout out to the senior gentleman who wears a spectacle, he was so attentive and ensure our stay was smooth. Also the lady who was wears a red glasses, very friendly. The breakfast spread was also a delight with wide varieties options. A great start of the day after the breakfast. The staff at Hotel Rapallo were always greeting us cheerfully and also assisted to quickly print our train tickets when we were in a rush to catch our train to the next city. The hotel room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was a nice touch!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Firenze Number Nine Wellness Hotel. Hotel is close by to railway station, major attractions and Mercato Centrale (central market). Staffs are extremely professional and the concierge recommended great restaurants for dinner and lunch. I have never felt so valued as a VIP guest throughout my stay in Itay. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It is just a few mins (less than 5 mins) walk from Firenze S.M.N., located next to Basilica di Santa Maria Novella and few mins walk to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Excellent location just 5 mins walk to tram station. The hotel is very high tech with proximity card sensor very clean and looks modern. The staff was excellent throughout our stay and went above and beyond to assist us on everything from breakfast help, injury assistance and even as a guide to the city. The aircon is very cold.
