"One of our favorite experiences while in Japan. The room was incredible, the staff were very accommodating, and we enjoyed the dining experience very much. Although the trek out here was a bit more of a challenge. It was well worth it. The only thing we would have changed is we wish we were able to stay an additional day. Thank you ver much"

"Such a beautiful and charming place! It has the vibe of a local inn with renovated modern touches. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The room was comfortable and clean and had a great view. I drank so much good tea and bathed in a tea bath while learning about the history of tea. If you love tea you will love this place. The dinner was delicious and uses many local vegetables! The staff were very attentive and friendly and made the whole experience great. Thank you for a wonderful...

"予約日が明日ですとフロントで言われました。そして、部屋を急きょ用意したと言われたので、パソコンに送られていた予約メールで確認したところ間違いはなかったのですが・・・なぜでしょうか？他の対応は良かったと思います。"
