Breakfast was great with a wide variety of items. We felt very safe in the evening while walking to many great restaurant options nearby. We will be returning to the Crystal Inn on our next visit to Salt Lake City. The service and property can't be beat. "

"The front desk manager was very courteous and helpful. I had difficulty conversing with the breakfast staff and House Keeping because very few of the staff spoke English. This was the biggest drawback to the Inn."
