The location is really quiet at night but still very very safe. So you can ensure a good nights sleep. The staff were really accomdating and friendly. Though the hotel space feels quite cramped but the room size is adequate. Reslly enjoyed my stay, it is quite a distance from the main attractions of Yangon but grab from the hotel is maximum of $3. While grabbing to airport is around $6. Not really much of an issue. And the neighbourhood is one of the best in Yangon.

We stayed one night on a rainy day. Always taxis outside this central location. This was a second stay, hotel now better established. Rooms are modern and fun, clean and comfortable (although single beds are a bit narrow). Love the mugs for tea and coffee but no fridge in the room. Very convenient for the railway station, central market, shops, restaurants and pagodas. If bored with street food, nice restaurant and bar in-house. Staff very friendly and helpful.
