Excellent dual shower heads, fireplace etc. not sure about AC as we only found the heater but it’s nice to sleep with the sliding door open to hear the waves. Will definitely return."

"They took a sizeable deposit for “incidentals” and said it would be returned within a day. It’s now been 5 days and it hasn’t been returned. I called the customer service number for that location six times and it always goes to the main corporate office in another state. They say they are transferring me to the hotel I stayed at but it’s just another corporate operator that can’t help me. I will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn Express again!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Nice hotel. Great room overlooking the beach. Clean and quiet. Staff friendly and complimentary cookies in the evening. Breakfast was complete with lots of fresh options and we loved the make your own waffles. Highly recommend. "
