Some things that can be improved : - The rooms are very clean but the rugs get dirty quickly. Consider cleaning them more often or just removing them. - The rooms use an AI controlled chat bot to control lights. Will be hard for foreigners to use, and sometimes gets disconnected."

"location is very good, there is a big supermarket on the first floor, restaurants around this hotel. Breakfast is good with Chinese and European style. And the staffs in restaurant are quite helpful. "This was the first time ever we stayed at St Regis, it was the best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed! the staff were so friendly sometimes I felt I troubled them too much, they were very cordial, catered to our every request, always with a polite smile even though we ran into them in the hallway, our cleaning lady Ms Tang was so nice, with a big smile and did a terrific job everyday to keep our suite clean. The hotel is in a perfect location for us, it is closed to everything yet not in the middle of the crowds and noisiness. The facility is up to date, nicely decorated. I especially loved the pool, the water is so clean, temperature is just right, staff is friendly and polite. I enjoyed swimming every morning. We stayed there for 2 weeks, definitely will return when we next visiting Chengdu."
