The room is spacious, the staff is helpful, and this hotel even provides a free laundry and dryer service on the 6th floor. The free high tea food is nice. Overall, it is a comfy stay over there.

Stayed here for 13 days, the zen theme really comes alive in this place as advertised. Rooms are very clean and the shower/toilets come with smart systems.
Service staffs are also superbly friendly, I ordered food delivery near midnight and they even brought it up to my room.
Definitely reccomend this place to other travellers. Plenty of good food in the next street next to the hotel + train station directly beside.

Good location - near shopping centre , tourist spot, transport and a lot foods. Amazing seafoods market for inland which kudo to China transport system which western countries unable to beat in another 30 to 60 years.
Overall great price and good stay vs others international 5 stars hotel.

Enjoyed our stay here through and through. Laundry and gym facilities were great and just wanna give a special shout out to to Romeo and Li Jiao for meticulously helping us to check and compare Didi prices for our ride to the airport. Romeo even woke up outside of his shift hours to receive us at the lobby to ensure that we hop on our ride. Excellent service standard.

I'm here for 2 weeks and am traveling to the outskirts of chengdu, I didn't want to carry all my luggages since it's 3d2n so I request if I could put my spare luggages, since I'm checking back in the hotel.
