Hotel eden spiez has an ergonomic bed that can be operated from a remote control. The indoor thermal pool looking out to the mountains was a good relaxing place for us. We had a wonderful stay there and was gifted a homemade honey at check out. Would certainly recommend making a stop at this place as it is also a convenient base to explore the vicinity.

Nice hotel. Just beside the cable car station. While the walk to the hotel from train station was long, it brings you across a very nice field full of small flowers. So it was enjoyable. The only not so good thing was that the hotel was under renovation and have no lift to upper level.

Very new and modern design hotel located right next to the thun lake. Room was large with a view of the lake. Very friendly staff and the director of the hotel really went out to engage with the guests and make us feel wecome. Also had an excellent dinner at Delta Gourmet. I booked an airconditioned room but was given a room at check in which was really hot and I did not feel any aircon. Reception said they will get someone to check on the aircon and only when I asked again was told the room actually has no aircon as not all rooms in that category has aircon. My booking clearly states there is aircon and my specific request was a room with fully controllable aircon on high floor. Thereafter, I was given a low floor room overlooking the car park with aircon....

Perfect stay. Room was clean, spotless, functional and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - everything was tasty and prepared fresh in small batches. Staff throughout our stay was warm and friendly. We were especially impressed by our restaurant staff from Croatia - he was unfazed despite a full restaurant, gave great and thoughtful service to every table and was really polite and professional. Restaurant served delicious dinners too. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great! Convenient location in a small and quiet town. Highly recommend!
