The staff was great, helpful, pleasant, and very nice.

Amazing time - staff and GM went above and beyond to make our stay memorable as we had a few hiccups with our stay our first night. The remaining nights my family and I had the best time. The villas are immaculately clean and feels modern yet still homey and extremely comfortable. Definitely will be coming back .

We recently stayed at Allegro Hoi An for two nights to celebrate our anniversary, and it was nothing short of perfect. Close enough to explore the charm of Hoi An, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. What really stood out was the incredible effort the staff put into making our celebration memorable. Our room was beautifully decorated, and every interaction throughout our stay was thoughtful and attentive. We felt celebrated and cared for in every detail. Allegro Hoi An exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place that combines stunning surroundings, an unbeatable location, and staff who go above and beyond, this is the hotel to choose. Clean room. Was given an upgrade which was lovely but did report twice that the spa bath leaked all over the bathroom and the plug wouldn’t work. But they never bothered to fix it. Even though it was reported twice. Was upset as even though we had an upgrade my old room had a spa bath which is why we booked it :(
