"Clean room, got towels taken to the room and switched out while we were out, I’ve had an issue with getting towels at other properties very accommodating and quiet to say the least with it being spring break and lots of huge college games going on "

"Usually when I've stayed here everything is great. I called ahead of our trip about changing our king room to a double. Person I talked to told me "no problem". When I arrived, I was told me my reservation been canceled. The woman said Expedia did it. She wasn't helpful at all. Informed me the hotel was full and complain to Expedia. No offer to help. Turns out, it was a person at the hotel that canceled it. But, i was still out of luck. We ended up staying at another hotel for 3 times the cost. Person at the hotel would not give me a refund. "
