She was exceptionally friendly and knew what she was doing. Grand Hyatt in Vail is so lucky to have many good workers./ Only thing that I have to point out the bad thing was that the chair lift wasn’t operating after one day. That was one of the factors that we booked the hotel but it wasn’t. We have to take the shuttle back and force with a lot of walking and carrying skis with ski boots on."
